We have a folder in our email inbox called "customer comments." In April 2010, someone decided that it might be a good idea for us to keep the comments our customers send us via email - up until then we read the comments and probably just deleted them. Over the past four years we have collected hundreds of emails. Most of them are very short and to the point, but when they arrive I am thrilled.
